Wyoming:

Effective January 1, 2007, state law required the use of special blanks with thermochromatic ink and other security features when prescribing Level II-V controlled substances. Effective July 6, 2011, these prescription blanks must have the security features listed on both sides and have preprinted quantity boxes and refill instructions, otherwise the prescriber must hand-write alpha/numerically the quantity dispensed (e.g., Thirty (30) tablets), and the refill instructions (e.g., Two (2) Refills or Zero (0) refills).
